Anthony and Associates will request current benefit information including plan design, rates and utilization


The focus will be to:


·         Evaluate current plan offerings and based on groups size and demographics make recommendation on how the federally funded individual marketplace and SHOP plans may benefit the employer and employee

·         Provide an analysis on effects of employer and employee if federally mandated products are introduced

·         Introduce self-funded plans if applicable as a way to reduce taxes imposed on fully insured products

·         Request proposals that include PPO and HMO plans that will maintain integrity of current benefits while controlling cost.

Additional Services:


·         Healthcare Reform and Legislative updates

·         Review of documentation including proposals, contracts, plan documents,  amendments and   summary plan descriptions

·        Implementation of new plans and changes

·         Health Care Presentations and education

·         Coordinate and manage renewals, recommending measures to improve satisfaction, performance and cost

·         Negotiation of vendor contracts

·         Assist with the management and maintenance of ongoing relationships with vendors

·         Respond to employee request and inquiries as needed
